Didn't actually end up using their services, but was very impressed with their up front transparency of cost and responsive team. Seems like a great company to use if you're in the area.

I had trouble finding a plumber to work on multiple leaks at my modular house after a freeze up. Apparently many places in Lloydminster simply won’t work on a trailer in the winter regardless of the fact I was a long time customer and had a water heater and furnace work in the past year with a different company. I’ll be booking all future work with Rosswill in the future. They have compassion and genuinely concerned about the wellbeing of their clients new and existing.

I have represented Rosswill Homes in many projects as a realtor, and have listed and sold many of their homes. This team is so good at what they do, and they really have the interests of their customers as their first priority. Their ability to listen, and capture the vision which is your perfect home, is second to none- I would refer these builders to anyone who might be planning a new home build. Very honest and credible group of people!

Rosswill Homes did a full Reno on our home inside and out. Jesse, Logan, Cristina and the entire team were efficient and very tidy as the job was going. Excellent group of people. So polite, respectful and their attention to detail like no other. Great, trustworthy company. I had no hot water over the weekend and within 48 hours (Tuesday morning) they came and installed a new hot water tank for me and did a great job. They were friendly and professional and cleaned up after themselves. When there was an issue with the tank they returned promptly to troubleshoot and fix the issue. 100% will be hiring them again for any future plumbing needs.

Always friendly on the phone, came after hours and did everything they could to get the frozen ice out of my rooftop drain pipe. 25 feet to the roof and never once complained about it, knowledgeable blue collar group.

Our furnace went on us right before winter. Rosswill homes had a team out to replace it ASAP. The furnace has obviously been great and because of the higher efficiency unit they installed out utility costs dropped after as a result! Great experience all around.

From start to finish, just a great job! Called to get an estimate done. Timing was great, Marty was at the house about 20 minutes later. The estimate to run gas to my garage and install a garage furnace was very reasonable. So reasonable, we decided to change out our hot water tank at the same time. I can not say enough about these guys. The crew that came to our house was awesome. The guys were very professional, very friendly and very neat. Any questions we had they answered for us, they are very knowledgeable. They did a fantastic job of both installs. When they were finished you could not tell they were even there. VERY nice job on the clean up! When the bill came, no surprises at all, in fact the job came in under the initial estimate. Thanks for the great service and the great job. I had questions - I got answers! How great is that? Customer service is key and Rosswill Homes knocks it outta the park! Every call I made was answered; they delivered on what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. And to top it all off, the price was right in line with my expectations 👌🏼 Convenience played a role as well - we had a variety of jobs that needed to be done and they had someone for each of them so I didn't even have to line anything up - they managed it all. 💯% top of my referral list.

The team at Rosswill went above and beyond to help us with our furnace issue this week. Not only did they track down the parts needed, but then were eager to get it installed early Sunday morning to make sure we were all fixed up before the cold temperatures dropped. I had Rosswill Homes install a new furnace and air conditioning system. Very impressed with every one of their people that entered my home. The project was complicated to say the least (Dirt crawlspace with limited space). They respected my home and when they left there wasn't a speck of dirt on my floor...dirt crawlspace, I expected to have to clean my floors. They worked around my schedule, which also wasn't the easiest for them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
